The Meaning Behind My Name

Steven — Greek for "crown" — reminds me to aim high and inspire others.
Wayne — "wagon maker" — speaks to my drive to build positive change.
Nicholls — "victory of the people" — reflects my passion for helping communities succeed.

My Journey
I grew up under the bright skies of Johannesburg, with roots that stretched to Durban and an education that blossomed in Cape Town. As a Gen X trailblazer, I’ve learned to balance resilience, independence, adaptability, and a healthy dose of scepticism — building a life fueled by creativity, environmental passion, and a love for mentorship.

From humble beginnings to today, I’ve been blessed with life experiences — triumphs and hardships alike — that shaped my mission: to empower future leaders and create sustainable, positive change.
